Special concerts for International Women’s Day 2022!
Songs celebrating the lives of women past and present
This special Her Story Concert will be performed twice, at 4.00pm and at 7.30pm (please note it was formally advertised 3.30pm & 7.00pm)
Join us for a special performance of traditional and new folk songs telling the stories of the lives of women. We have songs of women at work, at war, in science, as mothers and more. Enjoy the songs, the stories and the celebration of women.
Songs are performed by the Wren Music Her Story choir plus performances from women from Wren’s team of professional musicians.
The afternoon performance is a relaxed performance. Open to all, a relaxed performance may be more suitable for audience members with small children and for audience members with additional needs. The lights will stay on, you can make noise and you can come and go from the room as you please.
Hot drinks and a bar will be open to purchase refreshments for both performances.
