Over four rehearsals a specially formed choir of women will rehearse five folk songs linked to women’s history in Exeter.
Our finale performance will be as part of the International Women’s Day festival at Exeter Phoenix on Saturday 9 March 2024.
The choir is open to anyone who identifies as a women and you do not need to have done any singing before, or be able to read music.

- Sunday 25 February – 2.00pm-5.00pm
- Sunday 3 March – 2.00pm-5.00pm
Use the link to book your space for the first rehearsal on Sunday 4 February. Do not worry if this event shows as Sold Out. Eventbrite only allows us to release up to 25 spaces at a time and we will endeavour to keep this up to date. But rest assured there is no cap on the number of women who can join, so please do come along even if you cannot make an online booking.
At the first rehearsal, if you enjoy it and want to be part of the project, then payment of £50 will be due for your place in the project (there will not be a per-rehearsal charge). If you can’t afford the project fee of £50 you can choose to pay our reduced price of £30.
