This community arts project in a neighbourhood within the city of Exeter brought together the skills of oral history, community theatre and community music. The resulting live play blended live-action, music, song and recorded actuality. Cast members of all ages worked together to tell their story of the area, with some members of the cast playing themselves!
The sound recording of the songs of the show was used for some years at Dartington College of Arts as the stimulus for creative work by theatre students.
