River Taw Moor to Shore Project
ReCyc have explored the River Taw’s heritage and used their research as inspiration for a series of original compositions. The music takes elements of sounds and rhythms from the river’s pathway, starting on Dartmoor and travelling through the rural Devon countryside to industrial Barnstaple and the sea. ReCyc have developed these sounds into pieces of music that are played on their junk instruments.
The band have been working with Wren music leaders Nick Wyke and Becki Driscoll and photographer Dave Green.
