Open to anyone who wants to sing, Voices in Common North Devon Folk Choir draws members from all over North Devon. No auditions are needed and music-reading is not required. For anyone aged 16 years and up, singers range from complete beginners through to those with more experience. New singers are always welcome!
We sing a wide mix of songs rooted in musical traditions from around the world, including local folk songs from Devon. Sessions include building up beautiful vocal harmonies, learning new songs and developing singing techniques. The Choir performs regularly around the local area at festivals, community events and concerts, and is led by Rosa Rebecka from Wren Music.
Dates for term are Wednesdays January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27 2013
